Cheer Technique – Teaches basic/intro cheer motions, jumps, and other performance skills

Super Tiny Cheer Prep- Competitive team for our youngest friends! We focus on development of gross motor skills progressing to a cheer routine. (ages 3-4)

Tiny Cheer Prep – Competitive team with further development of cheer basics to more difficult routines and performances (ages 5-6)

 

Mini Cheer Prep – Competitive team with further development of cheer basics to more difficult routines and performances (ages 5-8)

 

Senior Cheer Prep – Competitive team with further development of cheer basics to more difficult routines and performances (ages 17 & under)

 

All Star – A high commitment competitive cheerleading team. This team is filled by placement only.

 

Adult Open Team – For experienced cheerleaders 18 & older, practice stunting, tumbling, and routines

 

TUMBLING

Intro to Tumbling – Beginner tumbling class where body control is developed and basic skills are gained

 

Superhero Tumbling – This class focuses on  teaching power, strength, and tumbling.  Lear to flip like your favorite super hero! (ages 3-8)

 

Tiny Tumble – Intro to tumbling for ages 5 & under: forward roll, backward roll, cartwheel, round

off, bridge, bridge kick over

 

Mini Tumble – Intro to tumbling for ages 5-8: forward roll, backward roll, cartwheel, round

off, bridge, bridge kick over

 

Lvl 1 Tumbling – Specifically for those 9-18; learning handstands, cartwheels, bridge kick overs, backbend kick overs, back walkovers, front walkovers, cartwheel back walkovers

 

Lvl 2 Tumbling – Learning standing back handspring, standing back handspring step out, standing two back handsprings, standing three back handsprings, round off back handspring, round off multiple back handsprings, back walkover back handspring, front walkover round off back handspring, toe touch pause back handspring

 

Lvl 3 Tumbling – round off back handspring tuck, toe touch back handspring, multiple jump multiple back handspring, front walkover round off back handspring tuck, punch fronts, back handspring step out through to tuck

 

Open Gym – Two hours  for open tumbling, minimal spotting available

 

OTHER

 

 

Flexibility – Class designed to Increase the athlete’s full body flexibility. Ideal for athletes of all ages. Flexibility increases body movement and muscle awareness while aiding in increased tumbling, jumping and body position performance.
